Do teachers approve on this website? I just wanted to know because my teachers at Connections Academy do not let me cheat, but I do it anyway. I am not just cheating though, I am also trying learn stuff I don't quite understand yet. So, I would like to know if this is a teacher approved website?

I do not know whether the Connections teachers approve, but I am hoping that one day they will start randomly assigning questions so that cheaters who post or use lists of answers will get their heads handed to them because the order will change every time. Should be easy to do, with computers and all.

I just happen to be online at the time.

Most cheaters do not bother to provide the actual answers. If you post a question, we will do our best to provide not only the answer, but how to get it.

That is, after all, the reason you are in school -- to learn how to solve problems, not just provide answers. Once you leave school, there will be no one to just do your work for you.

The tutors on this website are, for the most part, retired teachers. All have advanced degrees in their subject. The purpose of this website is to help students understand HOW to work a problem. We do not condone cheating. As oobleck has pointed out, once you leave school you won't have anyone to do your work for you so cheating may get you through school but it will not be your friend when you're out in the cold world on your own. There is where you're schooling comes in. If you understand how to solve a problem NOW the chances are that you will be able to do it after your graduate. You want to get out of school and rise to the top. A good education and a good mind will help you get there. It is worth point out that people like the CEOs of Microsoft, Walmart, Amazon.com and many others have prospered because they had good minds and a driving ambition. So, that's right, you DON'T need a Ph. D.along with years and years of experience to succeed in this world BUT there aren't that many Bill Gates or Bezos's in this world. Not many so take the easy way out and learn all you can in school. That will improve your chances of doing well as life progresses for you. That's my thought for the day.

Are you an adult oobleck because that sounded like something my mom would say, and that is a very good compliment. You are either an adult or a very mature teen.

who gave this question a thumbs down and why?

has anyone noticed that every time that I pose the question oobleck is the first one to answer

not to be rude or anything, so if I am I am so sorry, it is probably just a coincidence

Nope

just a coincidence then

is it rude to ask that kind of question?

Don't try to cheat, try finding examples or explanations on what you are learning to help you understand. Also try to re-read anything that was given to you, usually they contain the answers. You can also ask an adult or your teacher for help. That will help you on the things you are learning.
