A diameter of a circle has endpoints P(-10, -2) and Q(4, 6).

a. Find the center of the circle.
b. Find the radius. If your answer is not an integer, express it in radical form.
c. Write an equation for the circle

Can someone please help me by answering this, or explaining it to me?
I dont understand it!

you know, you can always print your own graph paper.

google is your friend

Find the midpoint of the x values and y values

Or the average of them

I am stuck at my aunts because of quarantine and I do not have raph paper with me.

Center: (-3,2)

Radius:4

How can I find the radius without graph paper?

and I forgot how to write an equation for the circle....

Thank you so much for helping me Sara!!

It means a lot.

Equation: (x+3)^2+(y-2)^2=16

Thank you so much!!!

Omg wait the radius is 7 actually

Sooo sorry

Which means that the equation will actually equal 49

I found the radius by subtracting the x-values of the center and one of the endpoints

So (-3,2) is the center and (4,6) is an endpoint so 4- -3= 7
