Just wanted to remind everybody to wash your hands and stay safe :)

Thank you for the reminder! It's incredibly important to practice good hygiene, especially during times when there are contagious illnesses going around. Washing your hands properly is one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of germs.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to wash your hands properly:

1. Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold) and apply soap.
2. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Make sure to lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
3. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Singing the "Happy Birthday" song twice in your head is a good way to measure this.
4. Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
5. Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.

It's also important to wash your hands:

- Before, during, and after preparing food.
- Before eating.
- Before and after caring for someone who is sick.
- Before and after treating a cut or wound.
- After using the toilet.
- After changing diapers or cleaning up a child who has used the toilet.
- After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
- After touching an animal, animal feed, or animal waste.
- After handling garbage.
- And whenever your hands are visibly dirty.

By following these steps and incorporating regular handwashing into your routine, you can help keep yourself and others safe from harmful germs. Stay healthy!
