The answer is Tuesday because if u turn 7/9 into a decimal which is 0.77777778 which is less than 0.85. So that means Tuesday is right

The decimal into a fraction- so technically 0.85 in fraction form is 85/100, and then you need the LCM or LCD for 7/9 and 85/100 which I actually dont know abt that but you figure it out- so technically, once you figure out the LCM you just make them both into fractions and whatever number is bigger is the answer lmao

Because 0.85 >0.77 then Tuesday was the day she sold more boxes.
We have 0.85 and 7/9
You can convert either one to a decimal/fraction
0.85 converted to a fraction would be 85/100
85/100 simplified would be 17/20
We now have 7/9 and 17/20
Find LCD of the denominators (9 and 20)
The LCD is 180
7/9 * 20 =140/180 (Remember to multiply on both numbers 7 and 9)
17/20 * 9 = 153/180
The number that is being multiplied is how many times to get the simplified fraction.
Now see which one is greater and you have your answer! good luck!
