Log10y+2log10x=2 Express y in terms of x

Log10y+2log10x=2

Log10y + log(10x)^2 = 2
log ((10y)(100x^2)) = 2
10^2 = 1000yx^2
1 = 10yx^2
x^2 = 1/(10y)
x = ±√(1/10y) , but we can't take log of a negative, so

x = +√(1/10y)

If you meant:
Log10y+2log10x=2
there would be no need to write it, since for something like log y, it is understood to have base 10
so ...
log y + 2logx = 2
log(yx^2) = 2
yx^2 = 10^2 = 100
x = 10/√y
