After I enable tutors to move questions from the English to the Spanish version of Jiskha.com, I'm going to explore how we can mitigate these repetitive questions.
One possible solution is marking questions as duplicates so that they point to a previously-posted question without deleting the original question. However, this approach is tedious and potentially a waste of time; it is a "whack-a-mole" solution.
Another option is to implement enhanced/improved/stricter controls for posting duplicate questions. Overall the solution should be fairly straightforward to code since there are only about five of these duplicate questions which continuously get posted.
