This doesn't make sense!! Please help. I hate ratios so much but if someone could help me understand this it would be great, thank you.

6x , 5x and 7x respectively
6x + 5x + 7x = 754
18x = 754
x = 41.88..
you are right, it makes no sense, it has to be a whole number.
I suspect a typo in the question in your text or whatever your source.
