A tank 4m long, 3m wide and 2m is filled to the brim with paraffin. (density 800kg /m3) calculate the pressure on the base.

  1. pressure=weight/area
    = 24m^3*800kg/m^3*9.8N/kg *1/12m^2
    = 2*800*9.8 Pascals
