I am currently reading The Diary of Anne Frank.

If I were to write an essay about the experiences of Jewish individuals or communities living under Nazi occupation during World War II, what could be some things I could add to it?

  1. The experience of the Frank family is only one example. Some Jews emigrated to other countries. Some tried to convert to Christianity to escape harassment. There were many experiences. Read lots. You can start here:

  2. Here's another angle to consider -- a family who helped and hid Jewish families:

  3. Corrie Ten Boom, a woman in The Netherlands, helped a lot of Jewish families. You might want to look her up:

  7. Maybe an angle from the view of people who persecuted or turned in the Jews.
