  1. http://www.choosemyplate.gov/

Between your text and this website, you should get all the answers you need.

Individuals make adjustments, though. For example, my digestive system cannot handle any dairy, so I just avoid it. I also gain weight if I have that proportion of "grains" (= bread, cereal, etc.), so I cut that way down.

Go with what your text says for this test or worksheet of yours, but know that this doesn't work for everyone.

  2. Yes, this is true. These are guidelines, not applicable in all cases. Diabetics, people who are gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant, etc., or have food allergies must adjust.

  12. "Anonymous" is correct.

I don't understand why people make these lousy comments though. You googled the question for a reason. Some people have better things to do than take a test involving things that we already know and/or will never need to know. Most of these things that we're learning, we'll never need to know. We need to learn about taxes, mortgage, buying a house. This stuff won't come in handy unless we're going to be a health trainer and I can assure you that we would rather watch Grey's Anatomy then do that.

  13. I agree with Castiel but not Dafuq bch. You just made an assumption that he looked up the answers to cheat. He/She could of looked it up to check his/her answers. This stuff isn't important unless you consider becoming a nutritionist or some other form of job that uses this information. Also, no one's going to take you seriously unless you use at least some proper grammar. That's all I had to say, goodbye.
