  3. If you're guessing, you're probably wrong.

The only truly benign food I know of is mother's breast milk. Most other foods can bring allergic reactions to a few people. Some are lactose intolerant, some have celiac disease, others are violently allergic to nuts. I'm sure some people even have reactions to common fruits and vegetables. I know a healthy young woman who tried being a vegan -- and found that she was lacking some vital nutrients.

How do your text materials define benign foods?

  26. hello, i think benign food is healthy. you can look at the food pyramid.
so whole grains, fruits and vegetables are the examples of benign food . you can write about noodle, sushi or rice too if you want. nuts, seeds, beans, fish, eggs, milk, water or tofu are good choice too. Some one may be allergic to some food, but that do not mean the food is not healthy. The food itself do not have problem, just the people allergic to the food. Lastly, all foods are benign or healthy except junk foods,( but junk foods have good nutrients to you body too, but compare to other food, it is not very healthy.)
