A rectangle field has an area of 300 square meters and a perimeter of 80 meters. What are the length and width of the field?

I really need help I don't know the answer.

1. Factors of 300 include 30 by 10.

Would those dimensions give you a perimeter of 80?

L w = 300 so w = 300/L

so

L + 300/L = 40
