Create a visual metaphor for two passages from Romeo and Juliet. For the first, depict the urgency and desperation of being at odds with oneself, reflecting Romeo's dialogue. Introduce some subtle symbols of love and conflict, but avoid any specific characters. For the second passage, signify impending conflict: depict the heat of a summer day and blood-like objects in motion. The scene should again avoid direct character representation but suggest the volatility of temper and the potential for violence to erupt.

8. What can readers infer from the following quote from Act V, Scene 3 of Romeo and Juliet?

By heaven, I love thee better than myself;
For I come hither arm’d against myself: Stay not, be gone;--live, and hereafter say,
A madman’s mercy bid thee run away.

What event do Benvolio's lines from the opening of Act III, Scene 1 of Romeo and Juliet, hint at, or foreshadow?

And, if we meet, we shall not 'scape a brawl,
For now, these hot days, is the mad blood stirring.
(1 point)

The questions change on every unit test

ayee fellow struggling honors student

essay thingy for question 20 :) <3

Romeo and Paris had a lot of things in common as well as their differences. They both came from well-off families and neither of them were violent what so ever. When Tybalt tries to talk Romeo into fighting Paris he refuses. Paris on the other hand, only focused on Juliet meanwhile Romeo was mentally unavailable and doesn't know his feeling.
I hope this helps :) GOOD LUCK!!

Guys do you have the answers to the test that has these questions?

1. Which of the following best states a theme of Romeo and Juliet?
2. In act iv scene 5 of romeo and juliet...

Im also lost

Not everyone comes from the same place so every one will have different questions. Someone else has the essay written on the same test but a different question they chose 2 they put

'Romeo and Paris were two men who had come from rich families. They both loved Juliet, and they both had died at the end of the play. Neither men were very violent, and when Tybalt tried to provoke Romeo into fighting, Romeo refuses. Paris is the suitor of Juliet. Romeo is not just the son of, but the heir of Montague and Lady Montague who are sworn enmities of the Capulet. Paris is a rather confident man and only focuses solely on Juliet, whereas Romeo is emotionally unstable and changes his love interest. They both have quite similar social status, and wealth.'

All credits go to them. I hope this helps for the essay. 💜💜
