  1. NH3 + H3PO4 ==> NH4H2PO4
    mols NH3 = grams/molar mass
    mols NH3 = mols NH4H2PO4 (from the 1:1 ratio in the balanced equation)
    g NH4H2PO4 = mols NH4H2PO4 x molar mass NH4H2PO4
