Can you please verify my simplified expressions and point out where I went out wrong if I made mistakes:

(3x+1)/(2x^2-2) + (2x+2)/(2x^2-8x+6)=5x+1/2(x+1)(x-3)

  2. (3x+1)/[2(x+1)(x-1)]+2(x+1)/[2(x-3)(x-1)]

    [(3x+1)(x-3)+(x+1)^2 ]/[(x^2-1)(x-3)]

    [ 3x^2-8x-3 +x^2+2x+1 ]/[(x^2-1)(x-3)]

    [4x^2-6x-2]/[(x^2-1)(x-3)]

    2[2x^2-3x-1] / [(x^2-1)(x-3)]

Can someone check my work? So, I took the derivative of (1-x^2)/((1+x^2)^2) I used the quotient rule ((2x((1+x^2)^2)-2((1+x^2)^2)(2x)(1-x^2))) / ((1+x^2)^4) Then I simplified it (2x+2x^2 - 4x((1+x^2)^2)(1-x^2)) /((1+x^2)^4) Then I
