What is the quotient?
[(x^2 -16) / (2x^2-9x + 4)] / [(2x^2 + 14x + 24) / (4x + 4)]

  1. 2x^2-9x+4 = (2x-1)(x-4)
    2x^2+14x+24 = 2(x+4)(x+3)

    so, what you have is

    (x-4)(x+4) / (2x-1)(x-4) * 4(x+1) / 2(x+4)(x+3)

    the x+4 and x-4 cancel, so we have

    2(x+1) / (2x-1)(x+3)
