so I believe from the information given the answer would be b) no solution.
Is this correct?

    but, (x-3)(x-1)=-2x-3 is not the same equation.

  2. Why is it not the same
    I 6x-8x=-2x
    so that is how I got
    (x-3)(x-1)=-2x-3
    but both ways are no solution.
