Which of the following accurately debunks the nutrition myth?

A.Grapefruit can help you lose weight
B.A diet will help you lose 10pounds in 3days
C.Eating a snack will cause you to gain weight
D.Vitamins are important supplements while exercising.

I think it is B - dieting will help you lose weight but 10 pounds in 3 days is not guaranteed. For C you would have to keep eating snacks....??? Please help
