4x^2+24x+128y988=0 in standard form

128y = 4x^2  24x + 988
32y = x^2  6x + 247
32y = (x^2+6x+9) + 247+9
32y = (x+3)^2 + 256
y = 1/32 (x+3)^2 + 8
