Stuart needed to purchase cleaning supplies for his company. He purchased 15 rolls of paper towels for $0.65 each, 15 bottles of cleaning solution for $1.25 each, 4 containers of garbage bags for $2.45 each and 3 new mops for $6.98 each. He received a 15% discount using his frequent buyer card and the tax was 8.65%. How much total did Stuart spend on cleaning supplies?

(15 * 0.65) + (15 * 1.25) + (4 * 2.45) + (3 * 6.98) = x
0.85x = y
1.0865y = ?
