Factor the following polynomials. (1 point each)
9. 3x2 – 12
10. 5x3y + 35x2y + 45xy

3x^2 12
= 3(x^2 4)
continue, I see a difference of squares
5x^3 y + 35x^2 y + 45xy
I see a common factor os 5xy
= 5xy(x^2 + 7x + 9)
