Write. Without the radical symbol : 1.) radical 400
2) Radical 16 over 49. 3). Radical 2 over 50.

since 400 = 20^2, √400 = 20
do the others in like wise. Look for perfect squares and pull them out. 
Okay so radical 16 over 49 is radical 16 over radical 49 = 4 over 7
