what is the prime factorization of 1 bilion using exponents?

  • math -

    1 bilion = 1,000 * 1,000,000

    1 milon = 1,000 * 1,000

    1 bilion = 1,000 * 1,000 * 1,000 = 1,000 ^ 3

    1,000 = 10 ^ 3

    1 bilion = ( 10 ^ 3 ) ^ 3 = 10 ^ 9
