1) It is likely that he will pass his driving test.
He is likely to pass his driving test.
He should pass it.
2) I'm unsure that (if) I will pass it.
I might pass it.
It is possible that I will pass it.
I may pass it.
3) It is possible for me to pass it (??).
4) I have no credit on my phone. I need to top it up.
