I still don't get it. do we divide every # by 2. why do we need to move 2 decimal spaces?

  • to ms.sue -

    To change a decimal to a percentage we have to multiply by 100.

    0.06 = 6/100 * 100 = 6%

    The easiest way is to move the decimal point two places.
