Write an equation in slopeintercept form for the line that satisfies the following condition.
passes through (5, 14), parallel to the line that passes through (12, 2) and (35, 19)

Steve
the line through (12, 2) and (35, 19) has slope (192)/(3512) = 17/23
the line through (5,14) with that slope is
(y14)/(x5) = 17/23
23(y14) = 17(x5)
23y322 = 17x  85
y = 17/23 x + 237/23
