    Yes. All six dimensions of health are important. This provides a well balanced person. If the person is depressed or sad, this can throw off the balance of the body. The six dimensions of health - proper weight and diet; proper exercise; breaking the smoking habit; control of alcohol; stress management; periodic exams - are all equally important. All contribute to overall health and well-being. Just like how you’ve developed some bad health habits through repetition, you can start new ones.
