How would you solve this problem:

3(x-2)-1=5x + 3


Can you please help!!!!

    3(x-2)-1=5x + 3

    3x - 6 - 1 = 5x + 3

    3x - 7 - 3 = 5x

    -10 = 2x

    -5 = x
