    McDonald’s International
    McDonald’s Corporation is the largest fast food chain in the world, serving more than 58 million customers per day. To be so successful around the world, McDonald’s Corporation needs to understand the environments in great depth that they chose to do business in. One way in which McDonald’s consider the culture and the environment that it operates within is offering items on their menu to satisfy the consumers to adhering to the religious beliefs.
    In this paper the subject to analyze is the influence of global economic interdependence and the effects of trade practice and agreements on McDonald’s Corporation. It will examine the important of demographics and physical infrastructure and analyze the influence of cultural differences and the influence of the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act of 1977, national, and international legislation, and the effects on technology. This paper will also touch on the important of social responsibility, and ethics versus legal obligations, with its mean focus on how these factors relate to the McDonald Corporation.
    McDonald’s corporation environmental factor has had implications across the chains comprehensive marketing platform. Factors that affect marketing internationally include economic and social aspects in addition to regulation, practice, and agreements set by the community and government. Other factors include Domestic and global environmental factors, demographic environment. In many countries, the populations if increasing median age because birth rates are decreasing and the life expectancy is increasing. In countries that are just becoming establish the median age is becoming younger and younger because of higher births rate, example of countries with higher median age is United States, Japan, and Western Europe, with countries with decreasing birth rates are Africa and Asia. These differences requires
    • Future climate change may significantly exacerbate pressures from urbanization.
    – Undercut viability of some areas for settlement
    – Increased risk of flooding, major disruption of trade
    – Looking forward, may engender migration or resettlement, creating new demands for infrastructure
    – May influence the viability of existing infrastructure
    • Difficult to separate out the pressures from demographic change from the associated developments that can accompany such demographic change viz., subsidence; socioeconomic development; etc.
