How to do polynaimals in 5th grade in the easyest form. How do you do problems like X+6=10 using all the steps instead of just Oh i now its 4

  • math -

    X+6=10

    Subtract 6 from both sides.

    x + 6 - 6 = 10 - 6

    x = 4

  • math -

    You make a wall down the equals side and subtract six from BOTH sides.
    therefore x=4

  • math -

    x+6=10
    -6 l -6
    x l 4
