Pharmacist dilutes a vial containing 1gm of antibiotic with 10ml of water. The solution is then added to 100ml of d5w. What is the concentration, in mg/ml, of the antibiotic in the d5w?

you now have 1gram of antibiotic in 110ml of water. I do not know what a d5w is.
Your concentration is 1000mg/110 ml
or 9.09 mg/ml You know of course, it is no longer d5w...you added water to it.
