Hello. I wanted to know what "strengthening a weakness" means? For example, let us say my weakness is high sugar foods. Would strengthening my weakness of high sugar foods mean that I should add healthy foods instead or does it mean that I should add more sugar foods?

I think it means to add healthy foods to overcome your weakness to high-sugar foods.
