A vendor has 14 hellium ballons for sale: 9 are yellow, 3 are red, and 2 are green. A ballon is selcted at random and sold. If the ballon sold is yellow, what is the probablity that the next ballon selected at random, is also yellow?

Number of Yellow and Total are both reduced by one.
