    I used to post questions like this on this homework help forum and I would always get a response that would tell me that this is a homework help forum and not a place for someone to do your homework for you. I think if you showed some of your thinking then some of the tutors on here would actually respond to your questions.

    >>> To start, I would expand whats in the brackets by multiplying the number on the outside. So -6*(5-2z) on the left side and -3*(16-3z) on the right side.
