How many grams of water are produced from the reaction of 1.26 mol of oxygen according to this equation? 2H2(g) + O2(g) ¨ 2H2O(g)

  • chemistry -

From the equation you can see that each mole of O2 produced 2 moles of water

so 1.26 mole of O2 produces 2.52 mole water

Then use mass = moles x molar mass

to calculate the mass of water produced.
