How do I add whole numbers to fractions. To get the number from an extended form to a standard form?

Add the whole numbers and then add the fractions. Present the sum as a mixed number If the fractions add up to more than 1, such as 9/7, convert them to a mixed number, as in 9/7 > 1 2/7
