Classify the following mixtures as homogenous(H) or heterogenous(HT):

a.lemon juice-H (I'm guessing there's no pulp)
b.tap water - H
c.blood- HT
d.house paint- H

I'm not sure about a and D

The chance of getting lemon juice with no pulp and no seeds etc is not high so I would go with HT. d surely must be HT. It's a mixture of the base + coloring + either TiO2 or SiO2 (the god OLD paints used TiO2 but for the last 30 years or so paint people have switched to the cheaper SiO2.
