ok 4/25 * 75/100 then switch it to divison 4/25 / 75/100 but you need the recipricle so its 4/25 / 100/75 =?

Why would you do that?
4*75/(25*100)= 1*3/(1*25)=3/25 
No its 1/9

what is the increase and decrease percent

It is not 1/9, bob was right it is 3/25.
