about 99% of the mass of the human body is made up of just six elements.
oxygen:65%
carbon18%
hydrogen:10%
calcium:1.5%
phosphorus:1.0%
Find the mass of each element in a human body iwth mass 60kg.
could you please explain to me how to do this? your help is appreciated.:)

  • gr9math -

    60 kg. * 0.99 =59.4 kg

    0.65 * 59.4 = 38.61 kg
    0.18 * 59.4 = 10.69 kg

I'm sure you can finish the rest of these calculations.
