whats the answer to 7(2x-4)<28

  • math -

    First divide both sides by 7.
    2x -4 < 4
    Then add 4 to both sides.
    2x < 8
    Then divide both sides by 2.
    x < 4

    None of those operations affect the direction of the < sign.
