In this same series spring system, what is the
effective combined spring constant kseries of
the two springs?
Answer in units of N/cm.

Physics
bobpursley
x=force(1/k1+1/k2)
or force= x kc and kc=1/(1/k1+1/k2)=
kc= k1*k2/(k1+k2)
check that.
