The equation of a circle centred at O(xo,yo) and radius R is:
(xxo)^{2} + (yyo)^{2} = R^{2}
You can take it from here.
x^2+(y_3)=9

(xh)'2'+(yk)'2'=r'2' then x'2'+(y3)sq=9 if u want u can join me on facebook.
