How do you get to this answer?

If x=9/2 which is a fraction what whole number equals 9/2...4.5. so you take )4
5+3)=(7.5)5=37.5...37.5/64=1.067

You may want to double check this I have been out of math for several years. I hope it gives you a general idea though.
