When we answer the praise or the favorable word of the other person, we can use this expression, "I'm glad you like it."
When we express an opinion that an item is great, we can use this expression, "To me, this is the best watch in the world!"
We can use this expression when we reply to the prase of the other person: How nice of you to say so! It is expressed as "How nice of you!"

Yes, they are correct.
I would add "Thank you" in there, too!
Example: "Thank you. I'm glad you like it."
Example: "Thanks! This is the best watch in the world." (You'd use this only if it had been given to you as a gift.)
Example: "Thank you. How nice of you to say so."
