statistics-PLEASE HELP quick

I understand most of the formulas however Im not sure what the answers tell me. I did a frequency distribution table for all points scored by a football team over 4 years, but I don't understand what my answers mean and I don't want to look in front of my class. Can someone help me understand what information can be obtained by doing Ogives, Histograms, etc. with these scores?
