I'd reduce the 22/55 to 2/5 to allow smaller numbers. So, we then have
2/5 = 12/h
2h = 60
h = 30
Sure enough, 12 is 2/5 of 30

You surely must see that if 20 is only 80% of x, x must be greater than 20. Once you think you have an answer, check it for being reasonable.
