= (2.7/9) x 10^(-5 - (-6))

all i remember is that the last answer is Irrational numbers are decimals with numbers that go on an on not repeating itself, while integers are whole numbers that are either positive or negative. (Ex: 7,-3,4,-8,9,-10)
