Needing SERIOUS help with circumference and area circle-wise. Help? I'm not really sure where I'm messing up at, but could someone explain all the forumula stuff with area to me in layman's terms?

Circumference is the distance around the circle. The circumference equals pi times the diameter.

Example for a circle with a 4 cm diameter:

C = pi * d
C = 3.14 * 4
C = 12.56 cm

The area of a circle equals pi * radius squared.

Example for a circle with a radius of 3 cm:

A = pi * r^2
A = 3.14 * 9
A = 28.26 square centimeters
