b. Scientists use models because doing so is always part of the scientific method.

c. Scientists use models because they always work exactly like the systems they represent.

d. Scientists use models so they have an opportunity to work with their hands.

  9. You can Simplify the algebraic expressions to help understand it and solve it faster. Simplify absolute value expressions. Find the distance between two points. and follow PEMDAS to help solve it and get it correct. Inverse operations can be used to solve algebraic problems. There are four mathematical properties that deal with inverses. The additive inverse property states that when you add a number to its opposite, the result is always 0. The multiplicative inverse property states that when you multiply any number by its opposite, the result is always 1. The additive property states that when you add any number to zero, the result is the same number. The multiplicative property states that any time you multiply a number by 1, the number does not change.

  16. I think the answer is A because because scientist scientist does need some models to learn about new things and the truth about them but scientist could use all sourts of models even humans ,elaphant ,dogscats, zoo animals, food any model is a good model some scientes even have to use tools to see some small things uo close like carbohydrate which is one or more sugar molecules just like adom they combined a group but the best model to me would be a ant farm but would not be a model is b and c one day I know I will be a scientist piece out.

  20. The scenario could be prevented by two main ways:
    1) Krystal should be more responsible in the lab
    2) Carin should wear lab appropriate attire, including closed shoes

    To deal with this scenario:
    1) Cain should wash her feet in the closest washing station without walking too much to prevent cuts from the glass
    2) After rinsing the chemical and glass off, she should get medical attention to ensure no remaining glass or chemicals are on her skin.
