A sample of 106 students, the researchers reported the following statistics...mean= 13.2 s=19.5

Explain why the distribution for these 106 students cannot be symmetric and given this, what % of 106 students fall within the x+/-2s?

I understand it cannot be symmetric b/c the numbers in the distribution become negative (like when you make the mound, the very first standard deviation is 13.2-19.5= -6.3)...I'm just confused about how I am suppose to find the % now...would it still be 34+13.5?

By "x+/-2s", do you mean "x±2s"?

What does x stand for?
